Service Description

Our coaches are board-certified or nationally certified and help guide individuals and couples to understand themselves. Their goal is to provide further understanding into overall relationships with family, friends, society, and their sexuality.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions 1. Subscription Services: As part of the monthly subscription plan, clients ("Subscribers") are entitled to unlimited text communication and four (4) counseling sessions per month with a licensed counselor (“Provider”). 2. Subscription Period and Session Allocation: The subscription covers a month-long period, starting from the enrollment date and subsequently renewing every month on that same day. Regardless of the number of weeks in any given month, subscribers will receive a maximum of four (4) sessions each month. Additional sessions beyond the four included can be scheduled at an additional cost. 3. Scheduling Sessions: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Subscribers are encouraged to book sessions early to ensure availability. 4. Cancellation Policy: Subscribers may cancel or reschedule a session without a cancellation fee. However, any session canceled or not attended without a prior 24-hour notice will be counted as one of the four (4) sessions included in the subscription for that month. The provider appreciates prompt communication in case of changes to scheduled sessions. 5. Text Communication: Subscribers can text message unlimited times with a licensed counselor throughout the month. These communications are intended for general guidance and are not a substitute for emergency treatment. The Provider reserves the right to refrain from responding to Sunday text messages. 6. Non-Rollover of Services: Unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Each month resets with four (4) new sessions available according to the subscription terms. 7. Payment: Subscription fees are billed monthly on the date of enrollment. Payment method details shall be provided when subscription sign-up is made, and charges will be automatically applied to the method on file. 8. Subscription Changes and Termination: Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time without additional charges. To prevent the subsequent month's charge, cancellation must be communicated through the specified channel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. 9. No Refunds: Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds for partially used periods. 10. Amendments to Subscription Terms: Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to current subscribers and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
