Relationship Check-Up Workshop Policy Welcome to the Relationship Check-Up Workshop – your engaging step towards a fulfilling partnership through a transformative experience! To ensure that both you and your partner gain the maximum benefit from the workshop, we have established the following policies for the Pre-Cruise and Post-Cruise Sessions: Pre-Cruise Sessions Prior to setting sail on your journey, you will have the opportunity to participate in two private sessions. These sessions will be focused on: 1. Establishing clear boundaries within the relationship. 2. Formulating mutually agreeable contracts tailored to your specific partnership needs. 3. Discussing and setting explicit rules to guide your journey, using our specialized Relationship Contract framework. Cancellation Policy: In order to respect the time of our therapists and other participants, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a pre-cruise session. Failure to cancel within this period will result in the forfeiture of the appointment. A session missed without prior notice will be considered a session taken, as our therapists have allocated this time specifically for you. Post-Cruise Follow-Up Session Following your cruise experience, you will engage in a single post-cruise session designed to: 1. Reflect on the experiences shared during the cruise. 2. Process and understand the developments in your relationship. 3. Set a course for future growth and address any challenges encountered. This session is crucial to integrating and solidifying the progress made during the cruise and ensuring the continued development of your relationship. Cancellation Policy: The same 24-hour notice requirement for cancellation applies to the Post-Cruise Follow-Up Session. Please ensure you give adequate notice to avoid loss of your valuable session. Note: Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, especially within the same week. It is best to keep your originally scheduled session whenever possible. Additional Considerations * Lateness: If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. No extension will be provided. * Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to our office via phone or email. * No-Show Policy: Participants who do not show up for a scheduled session will lose that session.
