What is Sex Coaching?

Sex Coaching is a specialized, goal-focused approach that helps individuals and couples gain knowledge, insight, and growth in their relationships, intimacy, and sex life, led by Dr. Stephanie.

In sessions with Dr. Stephanie, you can address a range of issues and concerns about communication, love languages, relationship problems, intimacy, sexuality, sexual appetite, sexual feelings, sexual function, and more. At our reality-based center, we prioritize giving our clients the honest truth, even if it may not be what they want to hear.

Sex coaching typically spans the short to mid term; the exact length of your coaching plan depends on the specific concerns and goals you bring. We offer sessions in person, online, or by phone to fit the diverse needs of our clients.

Sex Coaching is suitable for individuals of any age, gender, or sexual orientation. We welcome all individuals and are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly. We specialize in individual, couples, and alternative relationship coaching to help our clients achieve a fulfilling and satisfying sex life.

Cost

Insurance: We do not accept insurance, but do provide super bills

Cash Pay: $175 plus processing per session / 1 hour (Prepaid)

What is Relationship, Intimacy, and Sex Education Coaching?

I'm Dr. Stephanie Sigler, PhD, LPC, CST, a sex and relationship coach and Clinical Sexologist.

There are several benefits to participating in our coaching programs, including the provision of support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies to tackle issues related to relationships, intimacy, sexual problems, grief, stress, body image, and communication.

Our Relationship and Sex Coaching programs usually span the short to mid term, with a set number of sessions. The length of your coaching plan depends on your unique concerns and goals. Sessions are available in person, online, or by phone to ensure easy access.

We take pride in serving a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those in alternative relationships. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced in working with individuals, couples, and alternative relationships.
